FOCUS GROUPS
 
RDS is staffed with highly trained, experienced moderators. RDS moderators work with clients in an iterative process in developing moderator’s guides. This allows the moderators to have a clear understanding of the goal for each focus group.
 
Our moderators are also flexible and are accustomed to responding quickly to last minute or spur of the moment requests. RDS moderators have developed specific warm-up techniques that allow all group members to feel comfortable being honest about their opinions, which ultimately leads to richer and deeper discussions.
