Our company is not run as a traditional business, but as a closely-knit family unit that works optimally and efficiently as a collective entity. The majority of our senior staff have been with the company for at least 10 to 20 years.
RDS has a staff of 28 full-time and hundreds of part-time employees.
Each of the RDS staff is totally committed to each project on a personal level.
Principals of the company are involved in each aspect of the study; from design to execution to reporting.
All higher-level aspects of the research process, including recruiting and audio-visual support, are handled in-house, enhancing the quality and providing the flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the research.
The RDS philosophy is that in order to retrieve high quality, pure data you must first create a pleasurable and professional research experience for respondents. RDS has developed unique organizational methods that minimizes respondent confusion and maximizes high quality data.
What’s in it for you:
Respondents from the general public are paid to participate in the various market research studies we conduct. These range from short internet studies to longer in-person product evaluations. This is your chance to personally impact future product designs and features.
How It Works:
In-Person Evaluations in which New and Futuristic Vehicles and Features are evaluated relative to the competition. Some clinics include the opportunity to drive vehicles.
Shorter evaluations of vehicle designs, features, and services completed by respondents from their computers.
Focus groups, one-on-one interviews and other qualitative sessions conducted in-person (typically with confidential stimuli) or online (e.g. via Zoom).
