Who can participate?

Most people qualify for many of the studies we conduct, however each individual study typically has criteria targeting a specific type of respondent for the study.  This typically includes at a minimum the type of vehicle owned.

How does it work?

If it appears that a panel member may qualify for a particular study, we will reach out via phone and/or email to provide the member with the critical study information (location or online, time commitment, and incentive), and invite the member to complete the screening questionnaire for the study.  Of course, the member may request additional information or decline to complete the screener.

What’s in it for you?

Respondents receive a monetary incentive for participating, but also the satisfaction in knowing their opinions impact future product decisions impacting tens of thousands of people.

Incentives are typically paid by check, but for on-line studies, electronic gift-card incentives are also available if desired.

The incentive is contingent upon the length of the study and the type of vehicle being studied.  These incentives typically range from $5 to $40 for internet studies (5 to 30 minutes in length), $75 to $200 for typical in-person evaluations (1 to 3 hours in length) and higher amounts for specialty studies.

The incentive amount and time is always disclosed before you decide to participate.

You are never under any obligation to participate and you can elect to be removed from the panel at any time.

We will never release your personal information to any other organization and you will never be asked to purchase anything and/or commit to any programs/services as part of your participation.
